If you are an Indian, consider yourself lucky to be one, if not, don’t take it too much to the heart. India, a country with a population of more than a billion people, also houses diverse cultures and such ethnic beauty that most people are simply left awed by it. So why not do roadtrips in India to capture its beauty?

India is divided into 29 states and seven union territories, each unique to its exquisite beauty and mannerisms.

Why do you think, India of all other countries, attract so many tourists towards itself? The answer being, the places that can be witnessed in India, in their full glory and splendour are hard to find somewhere else. Be it be the Ghats of Varanasi or the ethereal majestic mountains of Kashmir, there is beauty everywhere.

If we were to list all the places, with a reason to visit there, it would fill a book. But the climax of the book always overpowers the middle pages. In this very limelight, let’s take a look at the top 12 roadtrips in India in  12 months: 

Part 1: January to June (Roadtrips in India)

January – Pondicherry ( Wine and Dine )

It is said, “What you sow in the first month of a year is what you reap throughout the rest.” A trip to an exquisite place is indeed a kickass start to an upcoming year.

A perfect year can be commenced by visiting Pondicherry. This, former French colony, is fond of tree-lined streets, mustard-colored colonial villas and chic boutiques. The city offers exotic beaches with luscious French Themed restaurants ashore.




February – Kasol ( Chill in the Hill )

The month of love, hope and friendships. What could be better than experiencing all of them together in a place that will bind them together, forever!

Kasol boasts of being a serene place to lose the former you and explore the new YOU! The town is great, but what is better is its nearby treks. If you haven’t been a part of one of those, you have lost an experience of a lifetime. A secluded area where the treks head to, with nothing for company besides the great sheet of twinkling stars and the most pleasant climate, is a treat to the eyes.




 March – Vrindavan ( The auspicious Town )

The streets of Banaras are filled with mouth-watering Pure Vegetarian food. And also, the famous BANARASI PAAN waits upon you.

May – Kashmir ( Heaven Falls Here )
